• Meet up to chat face-to-face about your upcoming event
• Discuss favorite foods, style, dietary needs (gluten & lactose allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and budget.
• Send you custom menu proposals and contract
• Offer a tasting session prior to the event
• Reserve the date once you’re satisfied with your menu
